Our Privacy Policy: Grey Goose Miniatures does not sell, rent, share or
divulge any customer information, including your e-mail address with any other
companies or individuals. |

We
make every attempt to display our products and information so you can appreciate
our line of miniatures, see detail and know what to expect. However, if for any
reason you are not satisfied with our merchandise, Items may be Returned
to Grey Goose Miniatures within 30 days of the shipped date for a merchandise
credit only unless arrangements are made prior to shipment (customer is
responsible for return shipping and insurance costs). We do pack with care, but
in the event of product damage during shipping, we will gladly replace the item,
if available. In our efforts for environmental conservation, we use recycled
packaging for shipping whenever possible. |
| Shipping Information. There is a minimum $4.00 shipping and handling fee per order. UPS does not ship to post office boxes. We curently ship throughout the United States of America, Great Britian, Canada and Mexico. If you would like shipping outside of these areas, please e-mail us for arrangements. |

Out
of Stock Items will be back ordered and shipped (at no extra cost) when available.
E-mail notification will be sent to customers indicating approximate time of arrival,
if a delay of over 3 weeks is expected. Orders may be canceled. |

Certificates are available throughout the site in $10, $25, $50, and $100
amounts. |

| Alternate Ordering: Grey Goose Miniatures accepts mail in orders. Please click here to go to our order form. We accept money orders and personal check. Shipping on orders paid by personal check will be delayed until the check clears the issuing bank. |
